• Terrible, Do not bother using

  i purchased a model which broke the first time i used it. I took it straight back and they wanted to sell me an upgraded part. why would i need to upgrade the model after spending nearly £300? total joke. not impressed and wont be going back. You need to sort out problems instead of fobbing me off. Dont think you will be there for much longer

  i ordered some parts from modelcraze, all i got was misery from the owner, he kept me waiting weeks, making excuses, when i went in to get my deposit back, he was rude and miserable to me and my son, not impressed, steer clear!!

  Have been in shop a few times now.Was going to order some parts but they said could be 3 weeks wait.Managed to get them off net next day delivery.That said being relatively new to the R/C game they are very helpful and take the time to explain things to you and give you good advice.So in summary,and judging from other reviews a bit slow on the parts ordering front but good on friendly,knowledgable service

  very poor service, i will not use again, waiting ages for parts and had to buy somewhere else in the end. i dont think i will use them again ulness i am desperate for something and they have it

• waste of time

  total waste of time, Waiting for parts for ages, quick enough to sell you a model but cannot supply the parts in reasonable time, shame as its a nice shop but service is terrible

• Poor Service

  After waiting several weeks for parts decided to go to penn models as they ordered them in straight away.I kept been given excuses that the parts were on back order at model craze after contacting the supplier myself i found out they were never ordered.I wont bother using them again...
