  Our bathroom and toilet room was in need of urgent face lift, this involved moving the position of toilet, fitting of new shower, and the tiling of floors and walls. The work required was significant, however Richards clear knowledge, professionalism, commitment and application of good industry practice was reassuring and I am delighted with the end result. His quote for the work was extremely competitive, with no last minute additions or hidden extras. I will certainly be recommending Richard to my friends and family and found him to be reliable, genuine, trustworthy and very highly skilled at his trade. I wish his business every success.

  If i ever need any plumbing or tiling in the future, my first call would be to Richard Williams. Within minutes of meeting Richard, it became apparent that he was genuine, honest, fair and had pride in his work. This alleviated all the usual fretting about whose quote to pick. He quickly identified how we wanted our new bathroom to look, offering suggestions and tips and quoted accordingly. He constantly kept us informed prior to starting and of his progress during the job. He turned up when he said he would and tidied up each evening before he left. We left him a key and he proved to be diligent and trustworthy. We were more than happy with our completed bathroom which was finished to the highest standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard.

  Having worked in various building trades for many years I know how difficult in can be to find reliable workmen. I am pleased to say that Richard is one of the good guys who completes work to a very high standard. I found him to be reliable, trustworthy, very tidy and you can see he takes pride in his work. I am more than happy to recommend Richard.
