Our bathroom and toilet room was in need of urgent face lift, this involved moving the position of toilet, fitting of new shower, and the tiling of floors and walls. If i ever need any plumbing or tiling in the future, my first call would be to Richard Williams. Within minutes of meeting Richard, it became apparent that he was genuine, honest, fair and had pride in his work. This alleviated all the usual fretting about whose quote to pick. He quickly identified how we wanted our new bathroom to look, offering suggestions and tips and quoted accordingly. He constantly kept us informed prior to starting and of his progress during the job. He turned up when he said he would and tidied up each evening before he left.
