 As a Black Country Recruiting business that opened in 92 (the last recession) we have noticed how difficult and different this situation is. Confidence is at an all time low.

 Recruitment is for the majority of companies not a priority. More likely is a need to reduce costs and reduce exposure to Salary bill at a time when no one can read the next six to twelve months.

What we have seen and indeed are encouraging our customers to do is take on Temporary workers to meet the needs of the business in a flexible way. The quality and quantity of Temps available for work now, and happy to accept temporary work is obviously greater than a few months ago.
