We specialize in outdoor catering predominantly pig, lamb and beef roasts.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and we take pleasure in preparing accompaniments to our cooking to traditional recipes.

We are prepared to travel throughout the UK from our South Staffordshire base although our main target market is the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Shropshire catchment.
