We specialize in outdoor catering predominantly pig, lamb and beef roasts.We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and we take pleasure in preparing accompaniments to our cooking to traditional recipes.
Our ovens are unique in the fact that we do not need to cook off site and reheat or reposition the meat once cooked to enable carving and serving.
Our customers can witness cooking at any time they desire and in fact this feature is used as a spectacle by some to entertain their guests.
