As an integrative psyhotherapist I use different ways of working with clients, depending which is most suitable because everyone is unique. Most often talking therapy helps clients to build a sense of self-esteem and allows them to find their own answers. At times it may be helpful to use hypnotherapy. In cases of post traumatic stress we could use EMDR - for addictive personalities often EFT is helpful. Some people find CBT helpful for them to lose weight or change other lifestyles. Whatever it is, we find out by talking confidentially and generally conversing with each other in an honest and open way.
