Very Poor Service.

I used to get my vehicle serviced here but stopped when I found that they were not being honest. One day I found that the service sheet had been ticked off that all had been done, but on looking at the parts listing certain parts were missing. When I called and queried this, they said that they were ut of stock of that part and if I wanted to bring the car back in that it would be done. My problem is, is that they had ticked off that it HAD BEEN DONE! and if I hadn't been on the ball I would have never known - A mistake or dishonesty>? you can make up your own mind. Parts department here is a joke, advising you to buy parts that you don't need rather than individual bits. Customer Service is non existant. Service items missed. I even wrote to Arnold Clarke himself and got an appology, although the guy who runs the service desk is still there? AVOID THIS GARAGE if you know what is good for you.
