• Great work, all round !

  We were looking for a replacement to our old gas fire. We knew that we wanted a multifuel stove, but had no real idea as to what sort we could go for. We found Steve Ridley on the web, and he was brilliant. He came round and went though all the options, and made the process really easy! They did a smashing job, they were clean and tidy, and we now have a great fire we use all the time. I highly recommend Mr Ridley for your fireplace.

• A wonderful experience

  Steve was amazing - quick and excellent work, great fire, fireplace, great advice, great workmanship. I even got to know his wife too. I would recommend Steve to anyone. He even fixed my coffee machine!

• Marvellous work

  You know how you sometimes dread tradesmen coming into your home and you wonder what sort of bodge job you might get, what mess they are going to cause, how much delay and aggravation and disruption they will cause and how much more than their estimate will their bill be? Well here's a tradesman who is different. Well I should call him a craftsman, because that's what he is. A Master Mason, Corgi registered and a gentlemen as well. He built me a beautiful fireplace with flame effect gas fire, no mess, no excuses, on time and to the original cost. Why can't all tradesmen and craftman work with such care and professionalism.
