its great at stourton hill stables ecept from be-be shes so lazy i hate her she always bucks out on me. But jumping meg is the best thing i've ever done at riding because i've been riding just over 3 years i'm in top and i jumped 2ft 3inch on her and she flew over it like she had wings i love cefful too, she the 15.3 hands high bay mare and she goes really fast but i love doing no stirrups in canter on jack because he makes it so comfortable for you and i love doing no reins on herbbie. At the moment my moms phoning some other riding stables because i like trying out different stables all the time to see which is the best but so far stourton hill is number 1 warrens hall farm is so crap its bottom

I had a riding accident at another stables and came to Stourton to regain my confidence.I was blown away by the balance of professionalism and friendliness.I also entrusted my children to them and was so pleased with the knowledge they gained not only on the horses but in separate lessons of pony care.I now live in Canada and my children have been able to enjoy horses thanks to the excellent teaching of the staff at Stourton.A special thanks to Maxine whose patience and care with me was so very much appreciated.On a closing note,the horses were cared for by the manager Carla and her staff who treated all the horses as though they were their own. Thanks guys!!!

Rode there myself when i was a beginner & have reccomended on several occations to friends whos children now ride there. Couldnt ask for a better atmosphere to learn in, not only on the riding side of things, but also the practical pony care side, with staff who know what they're talking about and happy, healthy ponies.

Staff rarely talk to customers other than to ask for the money. Never introduce themselves. Veiwing gallery. I was discussed to see that it took 1/3 of the lesson to get organised and on the horse. Pony care separate session.
