Bad attitude

I have been using this shop now on and off for over 15 years. I stopped using it in 2004 due to a really bad experience, so I had to go to another hair dressers in town to sort out the mess. The guy who did it looked like he just walked in off a building site, and was on drugs. This time, I told the hair dresser what I wanted. Now, the price always seems to vary everytime I go - it's either �£7.95, �£9.95 or �£10.95. Water was pouring down my face, hair cut too short - crap!!!

Abysmal Customer service

I was the only one waiting, after 1 hrs waiting walked out - only one person cutting hair.
